Ponazuril, also named as Toltrazuril sulfone, is used to the treatment of mammalian central diseases caused by coccidia such as Neospora hughsi and Sarcocystis.
The biggest feature of patozuril is that it can pass through the blood-brain barrier, directly kill protozoa located in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid, and effectively relieve the symptoms of EPM.
