Introduction
Clindamycin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic with broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity. It has obvious antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, and can effectively kill Staphylococcus, anaerobic bacteria, pneumococcus and streptococcus.
It has active effects on pathogenic parasites such as Pneumocystis, Toxoplasma gondii and Plasmodium falciparum, and the adverse reactions are small.
