Introduction

Fluralaner is a systemic insecticide and acaricide that is administered orally or topically.

Fluralaner inhibits γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)-gated chloride channels (GABAA receptors) and L-glutamate-gated chloride channels (GluCls). Potency of fluralaner is comparable to fipronil.

It is a widely spectrum insecticide with good insecticidal activity against ticks, fleas, lice, hemiptera and diptera, and its virulence is higher than or comparable to that of commonly used insecticides.

Clinically shows that Fluralaner can provide 12 week long-term protection for dogs to antibody ectoparasite effect. It’s more easy and efficient for both pets and pets host.
